What is included in the onboarding fee?
The onboarding fee includes setup of your store, integration with our systems, QR code installation,
staff training, and initial configuration of your inventory and menu items.
How is the commission calculated?
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the total order value (including delivery fees).
It's automatically deducted from your earnings, so you don't need to worry about separate payments.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll immediately
gain access to new features. When downgrading, the changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfers for monthly payments.
Commission fees are automatically deducted from your earnings.
